ARREARS OF RENT IN IRELAND

In consequence of the action of the recent meeting of Unionists, Lord Hartington has interviewed the Premier and advised him to deal with arrears of rent m Ireland m the spirit proposed last session. Lord Hartington intimated that unless this were done, there would be a split m the Unionist camp.
