No good draughts were entered. There were buyers present for draughts of a good "stamp which oould not ba supplied Out of the day's entry of 19, 9 wore sold as follows, viz. :— Agod dr.ughts, of a fairly good alamp, £12 10a, £13, £15 ; inferior, £7 s< ; 4 year old, rather light, £14 10a ; 1 year old, £12. Hacks and light harness horaes, biddings blow, £3 10a, £3 153, £4 ss, with lifctle doraand. Sundries — Dray*, £4, £9 2=j 6 1 : 3furrow plough, £7 15 3 ; B \ ag \ e f urrow £1 ; saddles and bridled, £1 He, £2 la A quantity of harness and sundries at market rates. Oo Saturday noxt, 24th inst., I shall offer 3 trucks of draught horses from South, on account of Mr Moßride, which will be duly advertisad. Previous to the usual horee sa'e, I offered two properties at Tinwuld, viz., T.B. 527 and 530, fronting Graham's Road| with a four-roomed house thereon, which wa* sold for £121. Lots 504, 505, 608 and 509, containing cne acre, fronting Harland and Grovo streets with 4-roomed houee thereon, also brought £121. During the last few weeks, privately and by auction, i\ have sold the following properties, viz. :— SO acres at the Hinds, S& 4629 » afc £5 P« acre; R.S 26685, 100 acres Newlauds, Wakanui Hoad District, at £3 10a per acre ; R S 26716, about 109 acres, New lands, £3 10s per acre; 11. 8. 25503, containing 200 acres. £2 10s per acre ; 257A acres, part of R B.s 26108, 20917 at £4 per aCre 'n7j An improved farm of 185 acres, near Winslow, at owner's reserve. Lots 441, 442, 443 and 444, one acre, suburb of linwald, £55. T.». 1207, Cameron street, Ashburton, with 5-roomed house thereon, £176 10s.
