The dismissal of General Boulanger from the command of the Thirteenth Army Corps at Clermont-Ferrand is generally approved. General Boulanger publishes a statement that bis visit to the city m disguise was m consequence of his having received news of his wife being seriously ill, and that he had been refused leave to visit her.
