(Per Pbess Wellington, March 16 At n meeting of the Exhibition Ooramlesloneia to-day it waa otated that applications for space are now coming In large numbers from the whole colony, and the New Zealand Oourt will be an fissured BUCCGB9, occupying 20,000 ft floor Bpaca m! a moat favorable position, facing tha grand avenue of nations, with a moat auitable place for tha New Zealand fernery. The agrlcultaral machinery will be well represented, and something like 4000 ft has been applied for In the machinery department, and forty-nine exhibitors have applied for over SOOOft m the a^t section. Edncitlon, furniture, alimentary products and,, mining Industries will ba largely represented. The total number of applications is now 209, and whan entries close to-morrow it will probably reach fully 300 or more. The Midland Railway Company have applied for 400 ft, and intend to ereot a trophy showing all timbers found on their land. Ohristohdrch, Marach 17.
