Several municipal stocks have risen 2 and 3 per cent, New South Wales Four Per Cents, £117 10s. Fifteen thousand quarters wheat by steamers of March and April shipments, to be delivered at a Mediterranean port, have sold at 345. Sydney. March 16. Wheat firm at 3s 6d to 3s 8d for milling sorts ; fowl's feed, 2s 8d ; oats, 2s to 2s 3d for feed kinds ; 2s 2d for seed 5 Cape barley, 2 s iod to 3ft There is no English barley m the market. Potatoes, £$ 5s to £$ 10s; onions, £4 15s ; peas, 4s for blue; boiling, 3s 6d; bran scarce, New Zealand, yd; pollard, New Zealand, 8d ; hams active) is to is id; bacon, 9^dj factory butter, from jd to is. Adelaide, Marob 16, Grain market quiet. Prices unchanged. Melbourne, March 16. Wheat brisk at 3s sJ4dj flour, 10s ; making barley, 5s 6d ; Cape, 3s ; maize, 3s 6d. The average barley yield is estimated at 23 bushels per acre.
