VICTORIA.
Mkmjofune Miroh 15. The Government have offered a site for a cartridge factory near Melbourne to an English firm. Advices from Mauritius, of dale March ist, state that heavy rains have been experienced. It is estimated that the sugar crop will yield 120,000 tons ; 0/ which 73,000 tons have already been shipped. Vessels for cargo continue scarce, and none are loading.
