Tlig arrangements for the fuueral of the late Emperor, which takes place to-morrow (Friday) are completed. Twelve Colonels will act as pall-bearers. The coffin will be carried on a funeral car. A great State procession will follow the remains of the Emperor to the royal mansoleum at Charlottenburg. The Emperor Frederick 111. will take part m the funeral solemnities and will follow the remains of his father to the grave. Other members of the family, foreign royalties and their representatives come next, followed by Prince Bismarck, the German chancellor, the Civil and military officers of the Empire, members of Reichstag aud provincial delegates. Troops selected from the various regiments of the Army will escort the procession. The whole length of the route will be draped m black.

Sir F. Morrell McKenzie objects to the Emperor Frederick 111. joining the procession or taking auy part m the funeral rites, on the ground that his health is not sufficiently strong to bear the fatigue and excitement.
