THE FISHERIES TREATY.
New "Xobk, March 4 Mr Chamberlain has been cordially received here and entertained at a fairwell banquet. In the course of his speech he warned the opponents of the Fisheries Treaty of the dangers of trifling with questions of national sentiment. He declared that the result of the commission had been to preserve the National honor and the interest of all the countries concerned. Mr Chamberlain has sailed for England.
