London, March 2. The Press generally consider the sentence passed on M. Wilson excessive.
Paris, March 2.
At the trial of those implicated m the War Office scandals, M. Ribandean, was sentenced to eight months and M. M. Dußredie to four months, while Madame Ratazzi was acquitted.
