Ma oh 3. The Austrian official press protest against the claims of Russia to assume a preponderating influence m Bulgaria. Constantinople, Maron 3 M. Nelidoff, the Russian Ambassador, has delivered a more pressing Note from the Czar to the Porte, which is endorsed by Germany and France. The other Powers express no opinion on the subject of the Note, which it is understood renews the Czar's demand that Prince Ferdinand shall be immediately deposed.
