THE MELBOURNE OUTRAGE.
Three men, arrested on a charge of being concerned iv the criminal assault upon Mrs Cummings, who died from the injuries inflicted, have been committed for trial for murder. The evidence adduced at the Magisterial enquiry was of a contradictory nature, and it was also proved that the character of the woman was not good. Each of the men protested his innocence an 4 they said they knew nothing of tb.e affair,
