NICARAGUA CANAL.
Panama, February 27. 7 The Nicaragua Canal Bill has been " agreed to by the Senate. The BUI provides for the construction of a ship;canal across the Isthmus of Nicaragua,' from the Bay of Guatemala on the^ Atlantic side to Port Realejo on the Pacific side. The total length of the., projected canal is 278 miles.-
