SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
Adelaide, Febrnary 27. Sir S. Samuel arrived here from Plymouth by the P. and O. steamer Chusan. His health is greatly benefited by the trip. During the course of an interview, he said that he was returniag to I^few South Wales partly for private reasons. He was confident that it was the desire of Great Britain to conciliate the colonies and draw them closer to the Mother Country.
