Fisheries treaty recently concluded, is to undertake the delimitation of the three-mile limit m Canadian and Newfoundland waters,, which America renounced by the Convention of 1818, and the interpretation of certain points m the remunerative clause affecting international rights which have been m dispute ever since the Convention of 1818 was concluded, will be referred to arbitration.
