MELBOURNE EXHIBITION.
London, February 23 Italy, Spain and Switzerland will not be represented at the Melbourne Exhibition. The Manchester exhibitors are very backward m their preparations. There will be 300 French exhibitors.
M. Berger. the Director of the Paris Exposition, had an unofficial interview wilh Sir Graham Berry, m which he stated that France does not care to exhibit at Melbourne unless Victoria will reciprocate and exhibit at Paris.
