WOOL SALES.
London, February 18. More spirit was manifested at the wool sales to-day, and merinos and combing wools maintain the opening prices. Medium, inferior, scoured and greasy are barely equal to the best December rates. Three fiHhs of the quantity offered were purchased by foreign buyers. American buyers purchased 3000 bales.
