THE FISHERIES DISPUTE,
Ottawa, February 17. Sir Charles Tupper agrees with the treaty entered into between the United States and Canada regarding the limits of the fishery boundaries, aad he considers the decision is a fair and reasonable one. The treaty will probably be ratified immediately atter the election ot the United States President.
