Auckland, February 15. Mr Ft A. Wane, manager of the Moanatalarl Gold Mining Company, received a cable message this morning from London, from Mr P.- Oomlekey, :to the fcffrtCt that the MoanataUrl mine hid been successfully floated m tho London market. Twenty-fivo thousand paid-up sharos will be allnted to the present shareh >ldtts } In lieu of 13.500 now held by them, and 25,000 paid-up shares will go to the London Syndicate, whilst the remtlniog 25.000 contributing shares will also be taken np at Home, 10j per chare being paid. The first call upon that money will be the present liability oF the Mo»oat»lari Company, amounting to £12,500, whioh will bt paid off, and the reiuamdec wil be devoted to the further working of the mine,
