During the discussion m the Assembly last evening on the proposal to extend the New South Wales railway | system to B cken Hill, silver mines, ( the notorious Mr McElhone, member for the Upper ftumber, m the' course of his remarks denounced some of the I companies, including the White Rock Silver Mining C mpany, just floated with a capital ot a million^ as swindles.
