; A Government contractor is implicated with Major Templar m divulging the military balloon designs and other matters, The secret was sold to the Italian Government, and the plans supplied were furnished to a firm m Birmingham for the manufacture ot a nnraber of balloons to be used by the Italian troops m Abyssinia.
