FRENCH CONVICTS.
FABIS, February 12.
M. Felix Faure, Undei-Secretary lor the Colonies, made a statement m the Chamber ot Deputies yesterday to the effect that during 1886 1234 convicts were transported to New Caledonia and Cayenne.
