Fe^uary 9, The right to charge for admission to )the Agricultural Show Grounds, which an? part of Moore park, was tested m the court today, when a number of men who had fo'ced an entrance to the Centennial Agricultural $hqw were si)rnmopfid for f:he charge of admission. After argument i?y counsel the court gave judgment against the Agriicultural Society. This decision is re garded as disastrous to the Society, who have just expended a large sum m the erection of new buildings.
