DISSATISFIED ARTILLERYMEN
A great deal of dissatisfaction has arisen amongst the aitillerymen owing to their being kept on duty at Queens* cliffe during the visit of the Governo. and Lord Carnavon. The principal reason for their grumbling on this occasion was that most of them wished to go to the races. Twelve men have been placed under arrest. There have been several desertions recently.
