SCENE IN THE FRENCH ASSEMBLY.
Paris, trebraftry 4. In the Chatnber to day M. Cassagnac accused M. Fallieres, Minister of Justice, of shielding M. WiUon, and taunted M. Fioquet with insulting Russia. There was a great scene m the Chamber m consequence of the accusation, M. Tirard (Premier) insisting that the Chamber, having by large majorities expressed confidence m him, should protect his Ministers from insult.
