ACTION AGAINST A BISHOP.
Two piiests have take proceedings against Bishop Moran m the Rolls Court with a view to making his Lordahip account for £2000 which the plaintiffs allege that he received for the relief oi poor priests m the Osß>ry parish. Bishop Moran replies that the money which came into his possession was intended for general purposes, but the petitioners repudiate this suggestion, and take the present proceedings on the ground of fraua.
