London, Jannary 29. Consols, ioa# ; New Zealand five percent 113^. Tallow—mutton, 37* 6d; beef, 24s 6d. There is a good enquiry for woolled sheepsklnß. The copper market is active, and tin has an upward tendency. Australian is quoted at j£6S; pig iron, 40s; but the market is depressed. The sugar market is m active; German 153 od per cwt. Wheat market weak, Australian ex warehouse, 4s qcl; and sellers ask is less for new crop. New Zealand long berried, 33s 6d ; New Zealand flour, 335; Rus-ian and Indian shipments are light.
Jannary 30. The Antwerp wool sales have closed. The bidding was animated throughout and the opening prices were maintained.
