THE BLIZZARD.
San Fkancisoo. January 26. The " Blizzard " which swept over the Western States a few days ago, has completely isolated a number of .smart towns. Communication by rail and telegraph is still interrupted. It is stated that the inhabitants m these towns are becoming desperate owjng to the impossibility ot obtaining supplies.
