THE FRONTIER INCIDENT.
The Prefect of Nancy, one of the frontier capitals, reports there was no violation of frontier regulations m the the latest " incident," when the French gamekeeper had his gun seized by a German exciseman. The Perfect says the matter was only the result of a priyate quarrel between the two, and too trivial to* call for any diplomatic interference.
