LORD CHAS. BERESFORD.
The reason for the resignation of Lord Chas. Beresford, is that he objected to the Government disagreeing to reduce the vote for the Intelligence Department of the Navy. Lord Salisbury, after considering the matter, decided to accept the resignation.
