Sir Graham Berry, who a few days ago expressed the opinion that the unsettled condition of European affairs would militate against the success of (he Melbourne Exhibition, cables that the pessimist views entertained are now altogether dissipated, and that the prospects of the Exhibition on the Continent are excellent
