GOVERNMENT OF NEW GUINEA
The Colonial Office authorities are drafting an Order m Council proclaiming soveregnity over the British territory m New Guinea.
The Hon. W. McGregor, C.M.G., of Fiji, will shortly replace Mr John Douglas, C.M.G., the Special Commissioner over New Guinea.
