RUSSIA AND ENGLAND.
The Comte de Paris, m the course of a speech, said that Lord R. Churchill's visit to St. Petersburg has led M. Flourens to believe that an arrangement was possibla between England, France, and Russia, and that he was now considering terms on which such an arrangement might be effected.
