LORD SALISBURY ON PUBLIC AFFAIRS.
Loid Salisbury, m the course of a speech, said there were undoubted signs that the depression m trade was gradually disappearing. This he thought would tend to remove the Irish difficulty. Next session, however, would be a difficult and hazardous one. The Government would have to depend on the assistance of Unionists m framing measures.
