A gum-digger named Geo. Brown has committed suioide at Omaha Flat nnder very shooklog olroumstanoes. He gathered a quantity of combustible material inside his house, and having built a pile he . pread a quantity of gunpowder around, aud lay down on the heap after setting fire to it. A load report was beard shortly it terwarda by the neighbors, who observed that the houao was m. flames. - Tha lifeless .ruuk of the suloide was pulled froift tho burning ruins, the lega, arms and he»d having been blown a considerable distance away.
