London, January 10, Jpenders for the VictorianJ 4 per cent loan of a million and a half were opened to-day, when the total amount subscribed was p£ 3,466,500. Applications at ;£ioß 8s will receive m full, and those at ,p£ioß 7s 6d will receive about a third. There were 300 tenderers at the average price.
