ELECTRIC TRAMS.
Mr Edward Prhcbard has bought the right to Julien's eJ ;tric tram system. A plant is cominr ut for experimental purposes shortly. The patent claims to effect a saving of at last half the present cost of the tramways, and is said to possess other advantages.
