THE CENTENNIAL BANQUET.
One thousand guests are expected to be present at the Centennial banquet, the preparations for which are on a splendid and extensive scale. The governors of all the colonies, with the exception oi Fiji, have accepted the invitation to be present, and favorable replies have been received from nearly all prominent colonials.
