Bkblin, December 26. Advices from San Remo state that Sir Morell Mackenzie has returned to that place and made a critical examination of his Imperial Highness the Crown Prince. Dr Mackenzie expressed himself greatly pleased with the improvement m the health of the patient and now reports that only a slight swelling remains. Referring to the nature of the ailment, Sir Morell Mackenzie states that time alone can determine the character of the disease.
