A gentle. and expert raiikei will not only clenr the udder with greater ease tbai a rough, inexperienced person, but will do so with far more comfort to the cow, which will etand pleased and quiet, placidly chewing the cud, acd testifying by her manner and attitude that she experiences pleasure rather than annoyance from the operation. Cowb will not yield Iheir mlk to a person theydißlike or dread.
