THE SUGAR BOUNTIES CONFERENCE.

London, Deoember 20. The delegates of the Powers represented at the Sugar Bounties Conference have signed a proposal embodying the resolutions arrived at. The Conference has been adjourned to an indefinite date. The majority of the representatives have reserved various points for the consideration ot their respecuveGovernments. The British delegate hai agreed that West Indian possessions shall be committed to stipulations which are acceptable to the Imperial Government.
