Parlatto, a comedian and Tooslist of tbe London Maafo Hall style, who has ejtsbliehed himself a favorita wherever he baa appeared. Mr Thomas K. Gilpin, the celebrated baritone, who has joined the Company, for a three years tonr through Europe, Amerioa and Great Britain and Messrs E. 0. Crowe and JR. Ogaton, two brilliant pianists, are also members of tbe Company. We are informed that the Company leave for San Franciaoo about the middle of next month, therefore !t will be some years before they again ▼lilt New Zealand, We wonld, advise •11 who have not witnessed the performance of this clever family to embrace this, perhaps their last, opportunity.
