The New Plymouth Harbor Board ', Reserve Exchange Bill was recommitted, and reported with Mr Scotland's amend- ; ment. IRRIGATION AND WATER SUPPLY. Mr Bonar's Irrigation and Water Supply Bill was committed, and progress reported. The Council adjourned at 4.30 to next day.
