THE ATTACK ON M. FERRY.
;, Paris, December 12. M. Tirard, who was a member of the Freycinet Cabinet m 1882, has endeavored to form a new Ministry, but without success. The injuries sustained by M. Ferry m the recent attack upon him by M. Aubertin have proved of a more serious nature than was at first conjectured, the symptoms having become less favorable.
