London, December 5. Sir Saul Samuel, Agent-General for New South Wales, had an interview today with Sir H. Holland, Secretary of State for the Colonies, when the subject of re-naming New South Wales was 'broached by the former. Sir H. Holland declined to express an opinion upon the subject of the proposed alteration.
