M'Gafferty, of Launßton, to a railway consignment noje for the oonveyanoe of one horse from Addington to Lauriston, on November 13. Deniß M'Kendry and Thomas Nee wera charged with uttering the satus at Addington, with attempt to defraud, on November 12^ i On tbe applisation of Mr Holmes, the qasa was remanded till December 13, bail being allowed.
