IRISH AFFAIRS.

Mr Timothy Harrington, M.P. for Dublin Harbor, and Secretary of the National League, has been arrested for publishing reports of meetings of the League. Mr Edward Harrington, M.P. for West Keiry, has also been arrested for publishing similar reports m the " Kerry Sentinel."

The rehearing of the charge against Mr Sullivan, late Lord Mayor of Dublin, of publishing reports of the doings of the suppressed branches of the League m September last, terminated m the conviction of accused, who was sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
