CONSERVATIVE VICTORY.
London, December 2. The election of a member of Parliament to represent Dulwich took place yesterday. The vacancy was caused by the appointment of Mr J. M. Howard, Q.C., the sitting member, lo a Judgeship. The Conservative candidate, Mr Maple, was placed at the head of the poll, defeating his opponent by 141 2 votes.
