EMIGRANT AID SOCJJSTY.
It is proposed to start an Emigrant Aid Society, with a capital of a million, with a view to settle 10,000 people on a large tract of country m Western Australia. The Society is to bear the expenses of the passage and of the settlement.and the emigrants are gradually to repay the amounts advanced.
