London, December 1. At a banquet given to the representatives attendiog the Sugar Bounties Conference, Baron de Worms said that the fair and honest spirit displayed by delegates augured well for the success of the Conference. Sir H. Holland advised the representatives to show patience m dealing with the subject. The Conference has appointed a Committee to deal with technical questions.
