Mr Rogers, who appeared for the defendant; isid he would only press for a minlmnco penalty, but would lay a second inform ttlon against the defendant for failing to Inform the Inspector every twenty four hours since he beoame aware that B0»b existed. If full penalties were grauted under this information they would brlag it up to £2000, Mr Allen R.M., fined the defendant the full amount of the minimum penalty— £6o— but eaid that would not affect hia decision under any future information The oase exolted gri&at Interest here.
